This position does require 3 days in the office and 2 days that can be completed remotely from home. Who we are looking for : The Social Media Marketing Coordinator works collectively with the social media team to support and execute on social media strategies for leading national baby brands and responsible for implementing the strategy across all social platforms.

Responsible for driving brand engagement, sales, and achieving yearly channel growth as determined by management team. Who you are : High School graduate with college, business or technical school degree preferred.

1-2 years of relevant role experience. Proficient within all social media channels. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Experience or knowledge of Dash Hudson, Illustrator and Photoshop, Canva, and other social or content creation tools a plus.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, creative, good organizational skills, good time-management skills, detailed oriented, dependable / reliable.

What You'll Do : Support and implement strategy for social media channels including Gerber Childrenswear, modern moments, and Onesies brand national baby brands.

Collaborate with 3rd party companies for all organic and paid social ad efforts for driving B2C sales and social engagement.

Work closely with marketing team and retail account leaders to implement paid ad programs as necessary. Support management of all company social media channels / platforms, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook business manager, Facebook ads manager, Dash Hudson and other related channels and platforms.

Leverage and analyze social media metrics to effectively measure performance and inform decision making on all social media networking sites.

Assist team members in maintaining social media content calendars and distributing to marketing team on a consistent basis.

Work closely with the social team, graphic designers, and photography team to provide creative assets as needed. Implement brand sweepstakes (with legal assistance), notifying winners and fulfilling prizes as needed.

Support social community management efforts. Includes day-to-day engagement with customer messages within 24 hours and following up as necessary for resolution.

Responsible for implementing / managing new social media collaborations as necessary and complete the necessary training to expand knowledge / grow channels.

Stay abreast of new social technologies, networks, metrics, etc. and present how ideas to marketing team on a regular basis.

Provide social media updates to senior management as requested, i.e., presentation materials, stats, competitive analysis, for internal meetings, etc.

Provide support on special creative projects as needed, i.e., ad banners, newsletters, videos, content, etc. Support additional areas of growth such as content creation, live streaming, and other social-focused projects.
