KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Insurance Program to join our Global Quality & Risk Management team which is part of KPMG International.

Responsibilities :

  • Function as program management lead in respect of KPMG’s Global First Party Cyber and Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) programs which will involve, for example, project management, planning, scoping next phase activities and deliverables, communications and working with cross-functional senior stakeholders in relation to the procurement of the insurance programs
  • Oversee, collate and deliver key materials and information required by KPMG’s cyber risk insurers on an annual basis working collaboratively with cross functional teams and internal senior stakeholders throughout the program renewal cycle from initiation to renewal each year
  • Provide key support for other teams across Global Quality & Risk Management (GQ&RM), including directly supporting the GQ&RM Leadership team
  • Manage renewal aspects associated with KPMG’s global insurance programs, including the complex global premium allocation modelling, external market presentation planning / coordination and the renewal form process

Qualifications :

  • Minimum seven years of recent program management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
  • Professional qualifications from recognized industry association for insurance or security
  • Demonstrable knowledge of cyber security, information protection, data security or risk management
  • Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills or experience with similar spreadsheet software, including the use of charts, macros and more
