Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Operations Manager with a proven track record in Residential New Construction.
The Sales & Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the residential construction process, from sales and marketing to project management, design selection processes, and customer service.
They will collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, manage client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Additionally, the Sales & Operations Manager will work closely with the operations team and field staff to streamline processes, manage budgets, and maintain quality control.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of work-related experience in residential new construction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in operations management
- Proven knowledge of new construction processes
- Knowledge of procurement processes
- Knowledge of Construction Safety Procedures
- Estimating residential construction projects
- Ability to read blueprints
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Experience in the residential new construction industry is required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field
