JOB SUMMARY :
Under general supervision, performs preventive maintenance on new and existing structures to ensure a safe atmosphere for building structures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field
- 10 years carpentry experience OR Four-year apprenticeship REQUIRED
- Monday-Friday, no weekends
- Training will take place on day shift
