Are you looking to further your career in trade shows and events? Nimlok Chicago is currently seeking a motivated, self-starting professional to fill the Account Manager position.
Responsibilities
- Main client liaison after sale.
- Create production timelines for client and internal team.
- Interact and direct the efforts of applicable departments and vendors from project kick-off through completion.
- Order materials and services required to produce projects and follow-up with vendors to ensure orders are on track.
- Complete and submit show service forms.
- Host client previews and sign-off on projects prior to shipping.
- Prepare show site information as requested which may include supervisor packets, floor plans / layouts, travel information and transportation.
- Vendor reconciliation and project review ensuring jobs are completed on time and within budget.
- Invoice projects when complete and archive all job information for future reference.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience in Trade Shows.
- College degree preferred, but not required.
- Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills, positive attitude, self-motivated and team oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with heavy client interaction all while providing excellent service.
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
