We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Municipal Infrastructure Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing engineering projects within the townsite area, ensuring efficient execution, and driving innovation within the organization.

Focus :

• Project Management : Take a lead role in managing engineering projects within the townsite area, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Technical Expertise : Provide engineering expertise in various areas such as infrastructure development, utilities management, and facilities maintenance within the townsite.
• Regulatory Compliance : Stay updated with local regulations and standards, ensuring engineering projects within the townsite area remain compliant.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate engineering activities and address townsite-related challenges.
• Safety and Environmental Compliance : Ensure all engineering projects within the townsite area meet safety and environmental standards.
• Budget Management : Collaborate with finance teams to manage project budgets effectively and optimize resource allocation.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement within the townsite area, driving efficiency and effectiveness in engineering operations.

Skill Set :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering roles, with a focus on project management.
• Prior experience in the materials industry or related sectors is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices related to townsite development and management.
• Proven ability to lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Experience working with engineering software and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
