Job Purpose

The Quality Coordinator is an integral part of our Data Services team. They will play a key role in ensuring top-notch quality for our AI projects and be responsible for providing quality and innovation assistance to our project management teams.

As part of the Data Services Team, the Quality Coordinator will help design, implement, and manage our quality strategy, including QA workflows, data analysis, and tracking of quality KPIs.

Expertise evaluating AI-related skills and managing Quality Control processes will be essential for this role.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Defining suitable quality frameworks, metrics, and strategies of Data Services projects

  • Performing detailed task analysis, defining key quality drivers and necessary skills, develop efficient testing and onboarding methodologies for our Data Services vendors
  • Managing end-to-end Quality Control (QC) processes and providing feedback to suppliers
  • Reporting on delivered quality and propose action plans for improvement
  • Address client quality escalations and collaborate with suppliers for root cause analysis
  • Implement quality improvement plans for underperforming suppliers
  • Support data suppliers and provide timely answers to their queries
  • Evaluate QC providers and offer performance feedback and training
  • Stay updated on AI industry trends and contribute to new opportunities
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects to develop skill evaluation solutions and visualize quality metrics

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Statistics, Psychology, Sociology, Cognitive Science, Data Analytics, Computational Linguistic or similar field is highly preferred
  • Written and spoken English at advanced level - you will be working as a part of an international team and English is our work language.

Knowledge of other languages is not needed but welcomed.

  • Expertise evaluating AI-related skills and managing Quality Control processes will be essential for this role.
  • Previous experience designing and rolling out quality data management, analysis and visualization processes is needed
  • Experience with Data Collection, Annotation and / or evaluation tasks
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Spread Sheet is a must
  • Power BI knowledge would be an advantage
  • Experience dealing with suppliers and clients
  • Very good communication skills, ability to collaborate remotely
  • Focus on quality, attention to detail and ability to manipulate data.
