Find out if this opportunity is a good fit by reading all of the information that follows below.How we LEAD : We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Creator & Content Marketing (Urban) on our viral marketing team.

The Senior will oversee the strategic planning and execution of creator and influencer campaigns across Capitol Music Group’s (Capitol Records, Motown, Priority) urban rosters.

This role requires a deep understanding of influencer marketing, short-form content landscapes, and urban music culture.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creator campaign management and possess a robust network of influencers and content creators who specialize in urban music.

How you’ll CREATE : Campaign Strategy :

Develop and oversee comprehensive creator and influencer marketing campaigns.Audience Identification :

Collaborate with the digital marketing, viral marketing, creative, and A&R teams to identify target audiences, subcultures, and trends within across different short-form platforms (TikTok, Meta / Instagram / Facebook / Reels, YouTube / Shorts, Snap, Twitter / X) to inform campaign planning.Campaign Ideation :

Create and ideate campaign briefs that effectively promote our artists and their music, leveraging the unique strengths of various influencer tiers (micro / nano, mid-tier, and macro).Influencer Engagement :

Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns.Execution and Management :

Oversee the end-to-end execution of creator campaigns, including content creation, influencer collaborations, budget management, and performance tracking.Network Building :

Expand and nurture a network of creators and influencers who are passionate about urban music and can authentically promote our artists.Performance Analysis :

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.Collaboration :

Work closely with internal and artist management teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution and communication.Innovation :

Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, continuously innovating to keep campaigns fresh and impactful.

Bring your VIBE : Experience :

Extensive experience (3-5+ years) in planning and executing creator and influencer campaigns, particularly within the urban music space.Network :

A robust network of influencers, creators, and agencies with a focus on urban music content.Skills :

Strong understanding of creator marketing principles, social media / UGC platforms, and influencer landscapes.Creativity :

Ability to develop creative and engaging campaign ideas that resonate with urban music audiences.Analytical Ability :

Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and deriving actionable insights.Campaign Management :

Excellent campaign management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously and manage budgets.Communication :

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Passion and Drive : Passion for staying on top of every new digital trend, meme, and platform.An unquenchable thirst for innovation, experimentation, and reinvention.

Ambitious, self-starter requiring minimal direction. Must thrive in a team environment but be able to take initiative and work independently.

Education :
