RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Collaborate with clients, market strategists and other internal experts to develop marketing plans and promotional strategies that drive program participation, pipeline, and program targets, including the development, management, and on-going utilization of plan to goal tools.
- Support deployment of marketing campaigns including digital, mass media and event marketing campaigns in coordination with internal creative and delivery staff and external advertising agencies.
- Initiate campaigns and tactics with the marketing project management system, prepare campaign strategy briefs and work with the marketing delivery and operations team to enter and manage creative requests so that campaigns are delivered on-time, on strategy and on quality.
- Facilitate the workflow and approval of marketing materials from multiple internal and external parties.
- Work with program management and finance to develop, maintain and manage marketing budgets with leadership support.
- Develop, manage and utilize plan to goal tools to ensure efforts are on track.
- Review, analyze and communicate results of marketing promotions to determine level of success for each effort and identify areas to improve and innovate for your programs and clients.
- Work with the marketing delivery team to use data and analysis to improve the success rate of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- As the final point-of-contact for the delivery of marketing materials for client approval, this position is responsible for ensuring that outreach materials are of high quality and meet documented client standards
- Provide direction to Program Marketing Specialists, providing regular updates on program activities, plans, and client requests
- Report the effectiveness of program marketing campaigns (total outreach, ROI, total participation). This includes support of program savings forecasts and analysis of program savings to identify and anticipate program needs
- Develop and provide budgets to program leadership (labor hours and materials) for the tactics outlined in the marketing plan
- Drive visibility of Program Marketing efforts at the program level
POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 3+ years of experience required in marketing, corporate communications or a related field
- Own Microsoft Office license, a laptop or desktop computer, and strong enough internet signal to
- effectively, actively participate on-screen in Microsoft Teams meetings
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to handle a wide work variety and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, and have the ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to identify and resolve project application issues with customers and trade allies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong data entry skills in entering information in tracking systems / databases
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers, clients, and employees
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and solve practical problems
- Knowledge of mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios
