A National leader in the custom home building industry, is looking for a Construction Operations Manager in Bowling Green, KY.
Compensation : $130-150k salary range (DOE);
Guaranteed Bonus 1st Year; $13k / year
Auto &Phone Allowance + Benefits including healthcare insurance / 401(k) / PTO / etc.
An ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of residential construction. Someone will be a great fit if they are from / familiar with the Bowling Green, KY area & knows the local vendors / subs / etc to acclimate more quickly to the operations leader.
This company is looking for the right person with high energy and strong leadership that will constantly be driving the Production & Sales processes.
