We are hiring at all skill levels - from recent graduates to experienced Dentists. We offer structured and unstructured training programs for younger Dentists who are interested in getting a leg up on the competition.
Necessary Qualifications and Licensure
- 1+ years of practical experience : we’re looking for Dentists of all levels of experience to grow our community
- Board Certified and / or Board Eligible in Dentistry
- Candidates must have a DMD / DDS dental degree from an accredited program
- Current NY state license in good standing
- Current DEA license
- Conversant in English and Spanish
- Owner mentality - provide excellent service, no matter the task
- Compassionate team player - who puts patient outcomes first and foremost, and is willing to help and receive help
- Level-headed and works well under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted state license in NJ in good standing
- Botox certification
- Implants certification
- Conversant in Creole or French
- Other speciality procedure certifications
Accountabilities
- Management of patients, with excellent chairside manner and a patient-first attitude
- Development of patient treatment plans
- Execution of preventive treatments (cleanings, scalings, etc)
- Execution of prosthodontic treatments (crowns, bridges,
- Execution of endodontic treatments (root canals)
- Execution of extractions, surgical extractions, fillings, and other such dental procedures that do not require a specialist’s hand
- Careful prescription of medications when needed
- Provide patient education and at-home care and instructions to ensure treatment and oral health improvements for our community of patients
- Internal referral to our specialists for whitenings, root canal therapy, etc.

Her knowledge and 30+ years of experience, coupled with her unwavering passion, make her an expert in her field.
Among our team members are several experienced doctors, including Dr. Patti and Dr. Suero, both graduates of Columbia University, with over 30 years of training and experience in North Jersey.
Dr. Patti specializes in pediatric dentistry, while Dr. Suero focuses on serving the underserved Latinx community.
With a patient-centered approach, we prioritize individual needs and preferences, striving to exceed expectations with every visit.
