Responsible for providing continuous observation and appropriate documentation on activity of an assigned patient who has been identified as having increased risk for injury.Â
Principal Accountabilities :
1. Uses Careview system to monitor 30 patients and communicate with TMS to maintain patient safetyÂ
2. Provides ADL's and protects Patients in Sitter and Spotter assignments from self-harm and prevent elopements.Â
3. Makes continuous rounds.Â
4. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required :
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.Â
2. Prior experience in Patient Care.
