Pour intégrer notre cabinet d'assistance technique, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Community Manager dans le cadre d'un CDD de 6 mois à partir d'août .
Ses principales missions seront :
- Accompagner l'équipe recrutement sur la mise en place du nettoyage de la base de données.
- En collaboration avec l'équipe recrutement, mettre en place de la campagne de qualification de la base de données ainsi que de la stratégie de gestion du vivier
- Concevoir la stratégie de communication sur l'ensemble des canaux de communication (Réseaux sociaux, vivier, partenariats etc.).
- Élaborer une stratégie de contenu en ligne en cohérence avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Surveiller la réputation de la marque sur le web.
- Accompagner la direction dans le projet de refonte du site internet ainsi que des plaquettes de communication
Profil recherché
- Licence ou Master en marketing digital, communication ou graphisme digital.
- Expérience avérée de 2 à 3 ans en tant que Community Manager et / ou Créateur de Contenus, avec un portfolio solide de travaux vidéo et photo.
- Maîtrise des plateformes et des outils de gestion des médias sociaux ainsi que des logiciels de création et de montage.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe, avec une forte attention aux détails.
- Créativité, passion pour le storytelling visuel et capacité à penser stratégiquement.
- Connaissance des dernières tendances et meilleures pratiques en matière de médias sociaux et de production de contenus.
- Capacité à analyser les données et à adapter les stratégies en conséquence.
- Sens de l’organisation et de l’anticipation.
- Curiosité et maîtrise de nos différentes activités.
