Position Overview
Our Medical Providers play a key role in our commitment to patient care, taking the time to thoroughly explain all aspects of Red Mountain products and services in a luxurious setting.

As a Medical Provider, you will :
- Collaboration : Work closely with the Clinic Team, Medical Team Manager, and Chief Medical Officer to identify patient needs and help develop effective Weight Loss programs.
- Patient Assessments : Meet with new patients to conduct health assessments, provide orientation about services, identify needs, and recommend programs that align with their weight loss goals.
- Medication Prescription : Prescribe appropriate medications such as appetite suppressants, our proprietary RM3 medication, and semaglutide to enhance weight loss.
- Continuity of Care : Follow up with patients in the clinic as needed to ensure continuity of care, scheduling additional visits as necessary.
- Resource Expertise : Serve as a resource expert for decision-making, planning, and policy development affecting the health and wellness of RMWL patients.
- Program Knowledge : Maintain a comprehensive understanding of RMWL programs and pharmacology to support patient care.
- Patient Care : Uphold core values to provide outstanding patient care, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all patients.
- Feedback and Improvement : Provide feedback to leadership on operational aspects to drive continuous improvement in patient experience and care quality.
Position Details
- Full-time commitment : Typically 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Work schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 am to 5 : 30 pm, and Saturdays from 8 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm. Providers are expected to work five days per week, including two Saturdays per month.
- Locations : This position will cover shifts at our Ahwatukee, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, and Scottsdale locations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of clinical work experience is required; experience in the Med Spa, dermatology, or weight loss industry is preferred.
- Graduate degree from an accredited nursing school, such as a Master of Science in Nursing.
- Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Arizona.
- Flexibility to rotate / travel between at least two locations each week.
