We are a Five Star 1% agency seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Automation Assistant.
In this role, you will help transfer data into an automation program as part of a project focused on streamlining processes.
This position involves repetitive tasks that require accuracy and efficiency.
As a long-term member of our team, you will have opportunities to grow into other tasks and responsibilities within our agency as we continue to develop and expand.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Input and transfer data from various sources into an automated system.
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Assist in organizing and structuring data for the automation process.
Follow clear instructions and procedures for data entry and transfer tasks.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Take on additional tasks as needed as your role grows within the agency.
Perform other general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Qualifications :
High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).
Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow directions.
Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required.
