Principal Responsibilities :
- Provide outstanding Customer Service
- Register and Title Vehicles
- Process Driver Licenses and ID cards
- Administer written tests and schedule road test appointments
- Process any other services provided through an MVD office
- Issue comeback receipts / make appointments
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Obtain a VIN inspector credential, administer VIN inspections on and offsite office locations
- Obtain a NM Notary Certificate
- Accurately complete all sales transactions through our POS system (PRO)
- Meet transaction expectations
- Contribute to and assist in meeting Google Review agent / store expectations
- Maintain an awareness of all updated policies and procedures
- Maintain an awareness of service / product promotions
- Maintain store cleanliness
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with customer’s personal information and transactions.
- Maintain records and files accurately.
- Complete all Opening and Closing processes
- Work varied hours / days including holidays and weekends, as business dictates
- Operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store including but not limited to copy / fax machines, multi-line telephone, computer, and computer software.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Manager Responsibilities :
- Monthly & weekly audits
- Weekly Employee schedules
- Store Inventory / order state supplies
- Attend scheduled manager meetings
- Lead and develop a team of agents
- Oversee leads training and mentoring of new staff
- Store deposits / change drawer
- Meet store / agent transaction metric expectations
- Coordinate and monitor office operations
- Provide qualified staff support and contribute to the needs of own office
- Ensure the efficient operation of all office equipment
