Job Description :

They are looking for a dedicated and skilled Masonry Superintendent to oversee and manage our masonry projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial construction, a keen eye for detail, and strong leadership abilities.

This role involves supervising masonry crews, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage all aspects of masonry work on commercial projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks.
• Ensure that all masonry work complies with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Lead and mentor masonry crews, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and productivity.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.
• Manage budgets, materials, and equipment to ensure cost-effective and efficient project execution.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and communication among crew members.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Masonry Superintendent in commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification or similar safety training is preferred.
