Quality Manager
24 / 7 Manufacturing
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field, engineering or manufacturing / operations
8+ years in quality management working in a 24 / 7 manufacturing environment
Knowledge of quality tools, 8D, stay current with quality methods and best practices
Lean practices (6 Sigma, PPAP, etc.) to ensure quality control procedures and best practices
Knowledge and management of ISO 9001 or equivalent quality systems
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with customers, suppliers and internally
Oversee projects and initiatives to ensure business objectives
Drive and influence change, ability to problem solve and strong analytical skills
Read, analyze and interpret technical journals, financial reports and legal documents
Identify problems, respond and resolve complaints, work with regulatory agencies
Strong mathematical skills and statistical analysis for problem solving
Attention to detail, excellent communication, presentation, training, and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn products and manufacturing processes
