Position Overview : They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Equity Senior Associate to join their dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private equity, and previous investment banking experience with a proven track record of successful deal execution and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deal Sourcing and Evaluation : Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and financial modeling.
• Due Diligence : Conduct thorough due diligence on target companies, including financial analysis, market assessment, and operational review.
• Transaction Execution : Lead and support the execution of investment transactions, including negotiation, structuring, and documentation.
• Portfolio Management : Monitor and manage portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and support to drive growth and operational improvements.
• Financial Analysis : Develop and maintain financial models to assess investment performance and potential returns.
• Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new investment opportunities.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with senior team members and other stakeholders to develop investment strategies and achieve firm objectives.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related.
• 4-6 years of experience in private equity and investment banking.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
