Bekiares Eliezer LLP (Founders Legal®), a Corporate & Intellectual Property boutique law firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal who will also assist with the Firm’s corporate practice including entity formations, annual and period reporting and regulatory filings, and mergers and acquisitions and securities deal management and closings.

Education & Certifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field.
  • Paralegal Certificate.

Professional Experience Required :

  • At least 2+ years of prior work experience as a Corporate Paralegal is required.
  • Experience with preparation and filing of all manner of corporate legal filings, including : Articles of Incorporation / Organization, Publication Notices, State Qualifications, Annual Reports and Maintenance, Public Document Retrieval, and UCC (both preparation / filing of forms & lien searching).
  • Experience with transactions involving capital raising and mergers and acquisitions, including preparation of closing materials and an understanding of typical closing procedures.
  • Experience with managing multiple concurrent projects and keeping track of respective due dates, deadlines, and filing requirements.

Professional Experience Preferred, but Not Required :

Experience with SEC filings (e.g. Form ID / D).

Technical Skills. Candidate must be :

  • A very fast learner who is capable of quickly understanding and internalizing new information, systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Comfortable with using and adopting new software tools and technology generally.
  • Comfortable with working in a truly paperless’ environment, where all documents are generated, stored, and transmitted digitally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Working experience with Salesforce is preferred.

  • Ability, dedication, and capacity to work independently.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a diverse team environment and effectively support the demanding needs of the firm and its attorneys.

Location :

Founders Legal is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and candidates must be a resident of the State of Georgia, although the position does offer remote working flexibility.
