Shift : 3rd (11 pm 7 am)
Compensation :
Salary Range : $ - $ per hour
Shift Premium : 12%
Hiring Bonus : $1,000 after the initial period
Key Responsibilities :
Assemble and manufacture a series of product samples, prototypes, tools, or systems within specified timelines, following work plans, work orders, and specifications.
Recognize and interpret construction plans, relevant drawings, and work orders in collaboration with the team.
Ensure the availability of material parts and resources needed to complete assignments.
Prepare all relevant tools, machines, and parts according to defined sample plans; produce and / or assemble parts, components, products, systems, or tools.
Perform sight checks, functionality, or quality test routines, and document respective results.
Support and cooperate with Project Managers or Engineers in the analysis of samples.
Qualifications :
Associate’s Degree in Machine Tool Technology, Associate’s Degree in Engineering Technology, or a Certified Journeyman Card.
Experience with a variety of manually operated machine tools including lathes, mills, and grinders (OD / ID and Surface).
Skilled in reading blueprints and interpreting dimensions and geometric tolerancing.
Proficient in working with the Metric measurement system.
Understanding of Tool Steel and Tungsten Carbide uses.
Experience using precision gaging and measuring equipment, including ID, OD, Depth, and conventional micrometers.
Must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
