Compensation :

$90,000 - $235,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Identify business opportunities and grow the client base to expand our luxury real estate clientele in San Clemente, CA, US.
• Efficiently manage and qualify inbound sales leads, ensuring prompt conversion into appointments with exceptional customer service.
• Keep an updated and organized database of current and potential clients, maintaining accurate lead information.
• Engage with prospects via email and phone calls to nurture them through the sales pipeline and generate high-quality luxury real estate leads.
• Provide monthly and quarterly sales reports to track progress toward team objectives in the competitive San Clemente market.

Qualifications :

• To be considered for this Luxury Real Estate Agent position in San Clemente, CA, US, candidates must either possess a real estate license in California or be actively working towards obtaining one.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential requirements for successful engagement with high-end clientele.
