This is an exciting Sr. Project Manager opportunity to join an established General Contractor that has a strong regional presence and reputation of building large new Commercial & Industrial construction projects.
In this role you will lead + mentor a project team and communicate directly with the client and partnering architecture / engineering firms.
You will be provided with all the needed resources and support needed to be successful.

What we need you to have :
- Extensive Professional Construction Management Experience
- Degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering or industry related.
- Capable of leading & managing a Construction Project Team through the whole project life-cycle
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, subs, and architecture & engineering partners.
- Experience leading Large New Commercial or Industrial projects from Preconstruction through Close-out
- Desire to mentor, train, and develop team members.
- Local to Charlotte or willing to relocate permanently.
