Conducts regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product / service strategies.

Responsibilities :
- Reviews and analyses various sales management reports including top clients, clients at risk, quality reports and implementation reports.
- Works with the senior Account Managers in building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts.
- Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account.
- Participates in client meetings in order to achieve retention.
- Creates demand for the organization’s products and services by raising their profile with customers through face-to-face presentations and phone conversations.
- Responds to escalated customer issues.
- Employees in this role are eligible for a Sales Commission Plan.
- Education Required : MBA or equivalent work experience.
- Experience Required : At least 5 years.

The base pay range for this role is $67,300 - $112,200. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus / commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
