- Provide specialized instruction, accommodations, and support to meet students' unique learning requirements
- Foster an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
- Collaborate with fellow educators, support staff, and parents to ensure student success
- Continuously assess and adapt teaching strategies to support student development
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
- Appropriate state teaching certification in Special Education (or eligibility for certification)
- Strong dedication to the educational and emotional well-being of students with special needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in the Burton, MI area
