Scopely is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Finance Manager to join our Corporate Accounting / Finance team in Culver City on a hybrid basis!

Decision-making at Scopely is grounded in data and analysis, and we are seeking a deeply analytical finance professional to provide decision support for a wide breadth of strategic corporate initiatives, as Scopely's Manager, Strategic Finance.

This individual will focus on driving financial and analytical analysis for all of the Company's strategic initiatives. You'll interface with internal and external stakeholders (executive leadership and potential partners) working cross-functionally across many different teams to analyze the financial implications of strategic initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Support complex financial analysis for all external-facing strategic initiatives
• Maintain the Company's long-term financial model to support proposed business development and strategic opportunities (M&A, investments and capital structure related activity)
• Perform financial due diligence on all strategic and M&A activities
• Research and analyze key business drivers, trends and performance indicators benchmarking Scopely's performance versus competitors
• Create new, data-driven, complex models to perform ad hoc strategic analysis regarding corporate strategy

What You Will Need

• Investment banking, equity research or strategic consulting experience is required
• Bachelor's degree with a major in Finance, Accounting or Economics is preferred
• The ability to effectively interact with senior leadership as well as external stakeholders
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity
• Exceptional analytical abilities and strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote skills
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Experience in gaming / entertainment industry is a plus

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $ 98,600 - $145,000 , plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off.

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience .
