Description :
Markon is seeking qualified candidates for an immediate need to fill an Assets and Logistic Project Manager position, responsible for planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives
Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update policy and other guiding documents pertaining to assets and logistics. The candidate shall conduct data calls to track and report on assets and real property across offices and / or agencies.
- Draft, edit, and coordinate reports, briefings, or other deliverables in response to congressional mandates and ODNI requirements.
Topic areas could potentially cover logistics operations, supply chain management, and asset management.
- Research and recommend to the Sponsor systematic, integrated, practices and innovative process improvements for maintaining real property records.
- Maintain a comprehensive ODNI asset database in accordance with Executive Order 13148, Executive Oder 13287, and Congressional reporting requirements.
- Administer quarterly facility data and real property data calls.
- Draft responses to Requests for Information and perform data analysis to enable ODNI leadership to address gaps and remediate audit findings.
- Assist the Sponsor in its oversight of IC Plant, Property, and Equipment (PPE), to include researching and recommending systemic, integrated practices and innovative process improvements to optimize logistics, supply chain, and asset management programs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, capability assessments and gap analysis to reduce programmatic redundancies and inefficiencies of IC logistics.
The candidate shall conduct other studies of specific assets and logistics-related issues on an as-needed basis.
- Assist the Sponsor in executing interagency working groups and program reviews. Tasks may include but are not limited to arranging meeting logistics, preparing meeting materials, and taking meeting notes.
- Manage data calls for such working groups, which may include collecting, analyzing, validating, and presenting results of trend analysis of IC agencies regarding their PPE.
This may include, but not limited to, PPE inventory, transportation, warehousing and distribution, life cycle asset management, and global supply chain management operations.
The candidate shall draft reports and executive summaries highlighting key findings and gaps.
Draft and coordinate with IC partners a monthly Portfolio Management Review presentation for the Director of Facilities on Logistics Office activities and initiatives.

Requirements :
- BA degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience
- TS / SCI with Poly is required.
