This station is high-volume, high-heat, and essential to the dishes we sure here at Tuk Tuk Boom.
Job Responsibilities :
- preparation of station before opening (including small prep)
- fulfilling orders in a quick & timely fashion
- cleaning up / restocking station
- daily maintenance / cleaning of equipment
- team organization of walk-in cooler
- communication of any items needed from prep team
Job Qualifications :
- at least 3 year saut experience
- wok experience is not required but preferred
- teamwork & communication are a MUST
