AppleOne is NOW HIRING an Assistant Property Manager, located in Carlsbad.

Responsibilities :
Ensure efficient and courteous response to all resident requests.
Assist the Community Manager in ongoing resident relations, addressing resident issues, enforcing the terms of rental agreements, and overseeing rental activities.
Be a hands-on sales leader, provide excellent customer service and consistently meet and exceed goals with new prospects and current tenants.
Lease to qualified prospects by showing available apartments when and if needed.
Demonstrate a positive, professional, and customer service-focused demeanor about the company with coworkers, tenants, and vendors.
Coordinate the collection and documentation of all revenues : Following the lease obligations of tenants and the owner's policy on accounts receivable.
Collect delinquent accounts promptly. Communicate with the accounting department to ensure accuracy of rent roll and accounts receivable.
Assist with the lease renewal program with initial contact and follow-up with residents. Routinely inspect the property and maintain accurate resident records.
Use of technological tools, including Microsoft Office software, and CRM.
Effective communication styles to efficiently review tasks and ensure timely performance.
MS Office, Word, Outlook, Excel.
