Senior Project Manager : We are seeking an experienced Sr Construction PM with prior occupied hospital construction experience in Buffalo, NY.

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management. PE or RA preferred; PMP a plus.

Minimum 10 years overall construction management experience and 5 years as a Project Manager. Experience working on projects with a value in excess of $20MM per project.

Must have the ability to be hands on and direct all facets of complex, large scale vertical infrastructure (buildings) projects.

Proven experience overseeing general contractors on hospital projects since you will be the voice of the Client. OSHA 30.

• Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills. Essential Functions :
• Efficiently manage assigned workload.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project records and reports; input and manipulate data in applications and databases.
• Schedule, manage and / or attend project-specific meetings.
• Develop, prepare, and maintain various program-related reports, spreadsheets, logs, charts and / or databases. Hourly Salary : $70.

00-$80.00 / hour ( Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education.)
