Summary
With direction, oversees designated State & Corporate Services Division's PIP projects through various stages.
Essential Competencies, Duties and Responsibilities
- Serves as a resource for the PIP team and PIP state leads.
- Manage day-to-day health plan and state project activities and meet project deliverable timelines.
- Manage staff calendars and task schedules.
- Schedule technical assistance and on-site trainings with requesting states and health plans.
- Complete technical assistance summaries and distribute to health plan and state.
- Participate in team meetings, client contract calls, and other meetings by helping to prepare meeting materials, recording meeting minutes, identifying, and documenting key decisions and action items, and communicating these to key personnel and team members.
- Complete and distribute meeting minutes.
- Work on multiple projects in a collaborative team environment.
- Provide excellent client service with timely, accurate, and courteous responses to all internal and external clients including strong communication skills (written and verbal) with both internal team members and external collaborators and stakeholders.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Conduct research and literature reviews, as needed.
Compensation : $62,000 - 70,000 DOE
Job Requirements :
Education and / or Experience
- Minimum of bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum three years project coordination and project management experience.
Other Qualifications
- Advanced English / communication skill (i.e., spelling, grammar, composition, proofreading, and editing).
- Solid organizational and team-building skills.
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and in a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management including development of timelines and experience in completing a project on time.
- Highly professional demeanor and excellent judgment, initiative, and organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
