We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Creative Director to lead the creative strategy for our global digital platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital design, branding, and user experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to create engaging and innovative digital experiences.
This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and development, to ensure that the platform delivers a cohesive and compelling brand experience to a global audience.
Key Responsibilities :
Define and articulate the creative vision for the global digital platform, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy and business objectives.
Lead the design team in the creation of visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences, including website design, user interfaces, and digital content.
Ensure that all creative outputs are consistent with the brand’s visual identity and tone of voice, maintaining a cohesive brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
Work closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs, translating them into creative concepts and designs.
Oversee the development of user experience and interaction design, ensuring that the platform is intuitive, accessible, and optimized for a global audience.
Stay current with digital design trends, technologies, and best practices, incorporating innovative ideas and techniques into the platform’s design.
Manage the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Adapt creative strategies to meet the needs of diverse global markets, considering cultural differences, language variations, and regional preferences.
Monitor and analyze the performance of creative assets, using data and feedback to refine and improve the platform’s visual and user experience.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in digital design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably as a Creative Director or similar.
Extensive experience with digital design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, and others.
A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative work across digital platforms.
Deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, with experience leading UX / UI projects for digital platforms.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
Experience working on global or multi-regional projects, with an understanding of how to adapt creative strategies for different markets.
