Director of Operations
Leading manufacturer and distributor of Lithium Batteries, Golf Carts, and Golf Cart Accessories seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the team.

The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations, including but not limited to supply chain management, inventory management, forecasting, warehouse setup, quality control, and delivery management.
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, organize, and direct the manufacturing operation of the facility.
- Setup warehouse for assembly of golf cars.
- Develop and implement training programs for golf cart assemblers in key areas, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and quality craftsmanship.
- Ensure defect rate is extremely low and orders are packed and shipped accurately to every customer.
- Provide support to regional managers, inside sales teams, to ensure orders, warranties, etc are managed in s timely matter.
- Establish and maintain KPI’s to ensure customer requirements are met
- Provide root cause analysis of production and quality issues and make appropriate decisions based on risk analysis.
- Communicate regularly with direct reports and management and supervise their performance in all functions including performance evaluation
- Manage and optimize supply chain processes to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and efficient distribution of finished products.
- Oversee warehouse operations, optimizing layout, workflow, and inventory storage to improve efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM administration and utilization.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and their application in streamlining operations.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Willing to work in the warehouse to get tasks done. Not just an office job.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay : $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
