Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic Business Analytics and Testing Support team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of Enterprise Data Management tools.
Your primary responsibilities will include documenting use cases, validating success criteria through testing, and providing end-user support for tools such as Collibra, Informatica, IBM Knowledge Catalog, Snowflake, SafeFME, and ArcGIS Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with project team members and business stakeholders to understand business processes, identify challenges, and develop expertise in business applications.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify system gaps, proposing effective solutions.
- Create process flows, context diagrams, and data flow diagrams to document and propose modifications to business processes.
- Elicit and document requirements, focusing on both business and technical process improvements.
- Break down requirements into Epics and Features, creating actionable user stories for technical teams and mapping them to technical design specifications.
- Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, grouping user stories, and documenting dependencies.
- Develop conceptual prototypes and mock-ups to visualize solutions and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
- Propose cost-effective solutions and rigorously test feasibility for both business and technical compatibility.
- Define test objectives, create test plans and cases, execute tests (including regression testing), and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Keep Project Managers and Scrum Masters updated on testing progress.

- Advanced knowledge of enterprise data management concepts and tools.
- Minimum of years of experience delivering business and systems analysis artifacts.
- years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst with knowledge of Scrum methodology.
- Proven experience organizing and maintaining Product and Sprint backlogs.
- Ability to translate business and product strategy requirements into user stories.
- Experience defining acceptance criteria and managing the acceptance process with development teams.
- Experience with large, multi-module enterprise systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server).
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred :
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- PMI - Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
- PMI - Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for agile development and work item tracking.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools such as TestComplete, Cucumber, or Selenium.
