WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or an equivalent field
- 5+ years of sales-related experience in the ophthalmic industry
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to build a rapport with all kinds of personalities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Considerate mindset and ability to adjust strategies for the situation
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel a minimum of 50% with some long hours and non-traditional work schedules
Preferred criteria :
- Master's degree
- Experience in lab operation and the vacuum coating industry
YOUR NEW ROLE
As an Ophthalmics Account Manager, you actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the optical industry to promote our coating products and technology.
Hungry to close deals, you reach out to potential leads, schedule meetings, and conduct sales presentations to demonstrate the value of our products.
You present tailored solutions to the prospects, negotiate pricing, and develop profitable sales agreements. Staying on top of industry trends and maintaining product knowledge are the keys to your success.
You refine your sales strategies for each client's preferences and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals and form deals.
