Responsibilities of a Pest Control Customer Service Representative :

  • Master existing processes by attending training meetings whilst making constructive suggestions for improvements in the consumer experience and overall sales profits
  • Stay on top of new pest control services, technical developments, promotional deals, and sales promotions that our pest control clients are offering
  • Develop rapport with potential customers in all interactions; offer educated solutions and guidance
  • Obtain confidential customer information such as names, addresses, and personal data and follow all confidentiality requirements
  • Coordinate suitable delivery with consumers requesting or receiving services
  • Create a distinctive, positive first impression for potential clients in order to build a sense of trust, increase customer retainment, and bolster sales revenue

Requirements of a Pest Control Customer Service Representative :

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or Sales Associate
  • High school diploma or GED Required
  • Expert in delivering presentations in an efficient, professional, and confident manner
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
  • The ability or proven record of success in meeting customer satisfaction, building sustainable relationships, and exceeding sales trajectories
  • Responsible and superior work ethic with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Maintain composure under pressure and resolve difficult situations in a calm and patient manner
