Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Franchise Operations Manager to provide comprehensive operational support to our franchisees.

This role involves addressing operational inquiries, coordinating audits, and delivering strategic guidance to ensure that franchise operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning franchisees with corporate standards and leading a team of Franchise Operations Representatives across various regions.

Responsibilities

  • Address operational inquiries from franchisees, coordinating audits, and providing strategic guidance to ensure optimal operations.
  • Ensure that all franchisees are aligned with corporate branding and operational standards
  • Plan and conduct regular visits to franchise locations to evaluate operational needs and develop tailored strategies for optimizing performance.
  • Regularly communicate operational updates to franchisees, including carrier changes, new appointment opportunities, and incentives.
  • Gather, consolidate, and analyze data related to departmental KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate an effective training program tailored to the operational needs of the franchisees
  • Leverage resources developed by the franchisor to enhance the operational success of franchisees.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of Insurance experience in the Property and Casualty field (Required)
  • Property and Casualty 220 insurance License (Required)
  • Proven experience in franchise management or a similar role is a plus
  • Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
  • Ability to develop and implement systems outlined in the operational procedures manual.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to implement and execute a comprehensive training curriculum to ensure consistent development and skill enhancement of our franchisees.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support franchise operations.
