We are looking for a UX / UI Manager to lead and mentor our design team. This role will focus on improving the design process, reducing the number of iterations required, speeding up design delivery, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Additionally, the UX / UI Manager will be responsible for establishing KPIs for the team, guiding their professional development, and creating a scalable design system for web and mobile platforms.

The successful candidate will introduce new design methodologies, ensure global design standards are met, and enhance collaboration between design, product, and development teams.

This position will also alleviate the workload on the current temporary leader, allowing them to refocus on other product responsibilities.

Location : KSA or Jordan.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor the UX / UI design team
• Improve design quality and reduce the number of iterations needed to finalize designs by refining processes and ensuring stakeholder feedback is captured and addressed.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure team performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Build and implement a scalable design system to maintain consistency across web and mobile platforms.
• Introduce new design methodologies to align the team with global UX / UI standards.
• Streamline design workflows to improve delivery speed while maintaining high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design efforts with business objectives.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in UX / UI design, including web and mobile projects.
• Experience in managing and developing design teams
• Strong understanding of design systems, user-centered design, and UX / UI principles.
• Ability to set and monitor KPIs for team performance.
• Knowledge of global design standards and the ability to implement new design methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder feedback effectively.
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance in design.
• Fluency in English

Would be considered an advantage :

• Experience with right-to-left (RTL) design.
• Familiarity with agile project management.
• Experience building scalable design systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
