Responsibilities
Leads the site maintenance department by monitoring and driving department performance related to maintaining the material handling equipment covered under the contract, while ensuring the team members comply with state and federal regulations (.
OSHA, Hazardous Waste, NFPA .
- Utilizes technical knowledge and expertise in electro-mechanical field to troubleshoot, repair and execute PMs for the assigned site equipment operations.
- May oversee and direct financial aspects as assigned and / or in area of responsibility by monitoring and tracking expenses compared to budget;
monitoring asset utilization; preparing, reviewing and / or analyzing business reports.
- Assists in forecasting and follows-up on staffing, workload and performance results to meet business demands.
- Documents all information relating to customer support issues in CMMS and Dashboard database; completes routine and emergency paperwork;
compiles department's reports as needed.
- Maintains constant communication with customers and other departments to ensure high quality of service.
- Assists in the development of specific technical and training documentation; assists in the development of a Technical Support Help Desk / Troubleshooting guide.
- Maintains inventory of company supplied tools.
- Adheres to all department and company standards, operating procedures and safety requirements while contributing to improvement
Physical Demands (must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation) :
- Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
- Walking within and around the site with great frequency.
- Able to work at heights and ability to climb ladders safely and without limitations.
- Full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists, eye / hand coordination and feet motion.
- Ability to stand / walk for up to 10-12 hours.
- Flexibility in covering multiple shifts and holiday hours as required.
- Willing to work overtime as required .
Compensation
The annual base salary range for this position $111,200 - $121,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.

YOU MUST HAVE
- High School diploma or GED.
- 5+ yrs Mechanical and Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Valid Driver's license.
WE VALUE
- Experience with material handling equipment such as conveyors, sortation, palletizers, and robotics.
- Controls Troubleshooting experience.
- Networking Troubleshooting experience.
- 2+ yrs Leadership experience.
- A College Degree and / or Trade Certifications are a plus.
