Job Description

Peterson Power Systems has an immediate need for a Utility Worker at our San Leandro, CA location.

SUMMARY

The Utility Worker is responsible for assisting the parts departments by stocking and / or pulling inventory. Will also be responsible delivering parts to customer’s job sites, hose fabrication;

as well as maintaining parts departments housekeeping.

Job functions include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Assist the parts departments with stocking and pulling inventory.

Assist in loading and unloading trucks.

Deliver parts to customer’s job sites, collect necessary documentation and payment.

Perform miscellaneous clean-up of the parts department and maintain contamination control standards.

Must be able to perform general labor duties as required.

Follow all safety procedures.

Operate forklift to operate essential functions of the job.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year of experience in heavy duty parts department warehouse, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The pay rate for this position is : $27.76. (We also offer a total compensation package in addition to base salary.)
