What were looking for : Requirements : High School Diploma or equivalentTwo or more years of experience in retailAssociates Degree or completion of related retail management course work preferredExcellent oral and written communication skillsPreferences : Previous experience in retail, fast food or warehouse environmentsPrevious military or nonprofit experienceBilingual language skillsWhat youll be doing : As a Shift Supervisor, youll be part of the stores management team.

Youll supervise store personnel, open the store and be the keyholdersupervisor on duty. We want you to help train and coach the store associates, model how to greet and assist our donorscustomers, help address complaintschallenges from the team, and keep an eye on the stores overall appearancecleanliness.

Ongoing training is provided. As you progress in your career you may be offered the opportunity to transfer to other stores.
