When we engage we are all-in so to better those we serve.The Security Sales Specialist is responsible for selling infrastructure and cloud security solutions to medium and large-sized organizations through a comprehensive and tailored approach to each client's needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong client relationships, and positioning People Driven Technology as a trusted partner for security solutions.

You will leverage your knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, along with our partnerships with leading OEMs, to meet and exceed sales targets.

What You Would Do* Partner with People Driven Technology core Account Managers to cross-sell Security to new and existing customers.

  • Drive new business opportunities and sales growth in regional territory by selling infrastructure and cloud Security solutions to medium and large-sized companies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and security stakeholders at target accounts.
  • Understand client needs and security challenges to effectively present and position our solutions, focusing on OEM partners such as Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Arctic Wolf, and Zscaler.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to manage the sales process, from lead generation to closing.* Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, customer success, and marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the latest security trends, products, and competitive landscape to provide consultative expertise to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, forecasting accurately, and reporting progress to the Director of Sales.* Participate in regional events, webinars, and industry networking to build brand awareness and generate leads.

What We Are Looking For* 5+ years of experience in Security sales, specifically selling infrastructure and cloud Security solutions to medium and large-sized enterprises.

  • Strong understanding of security technologies and solutions, including experience with key OEMs like Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Arctic Wolf, Zscaler, and others.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with C-suite and security leaders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales performance tracking.* Established network within the security or IT sector preffered.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing, regional company environment preffered.* Certifications in relevant security solutions (e.
