JobDescription :

Anideal candidate should be able to assimilate domain knowledgequickly and have extensive experience researching andanalyzing busines s requirement then documenting in the most effective wayfor the audience.

They should have experience working as part ofan Agile team and be effective at influencing stakeholders tocreate the most value forcustomers.

Qualifications : Minimum :

Minimum :

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or a jobrelateddiscipline or equivalentexperience.
• 4years of closely related work experience 3 of which isin busines s analysis.
• 2years of working experience in an Agile environment as a busines s analyst .

Desired :

• Experiencewith Governance Risk andCompliance.
• 5years of direct busines s analysisexperience.
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)Certificate.
• CCBAcertificationof Competency in Busines s Analysis.
• ITBackground (especially cybersecurity and infrastructurecomponents).
• Experiencecollaborating with Director and VPlevelleadership.
• Experienceserving and meeting the needs of internal and / or externalcustomers.
• Directparticipation in a diverse collection of high complexity projectsrelated to ITsecurity.
• Experiencein Agile methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) LEAN Kanban andScrum.
• Utilitiesbackground in energy sector.

JobResponsibilities

• Manageregular cadence for story definition story writing story review andstory prioritization to maintain a wellrefined and prioritizedbacklog of sufficient length to support the teams velocity whenrequired
• Ensuresthat stories are written by the team and Product Owner at theappropriate level of detail and size to allow team to deliver valuefrequently.
• Clearlyunderstands the needs related to the product by working closelywith the Product Owner SMEs and other busines s partners so they can clearly communicate the productvision and clients needs to theteam.
• Researchand analyze requirements to ensure that the appropriate informationand context is available for the team to conduct productive storywritingsessions.
• Reviewsor creates process and flow maps to understand the busines s processes and system flows in order to fully documentthe required busines s analysisdeliverable.
• Reducecomplex problems to easily understood narratives and informationalmaterials (drawings infographics presentationsetc.).
• Workwith the Product Owner and Delivery Lead to ensure that the roadmapis updated and reflects changes in busines s priority.
• Evaluateand document alternatives that will provide the most effectivevaluable solutions to busines s problems.
• Identifyand document acceptance criteria story dependencies to helpfacilitate backlog refinement andprioritization.
• Providetimely and professional clientfocused communications anticipateclient concerns andquestions.
• Provideconsulting in information security technology alignment to theclient to identify and satisfy the busines s needs.
• Reviewdesigns and technical specification documents for alignmentwith busines s solution.
• Understandthe client s current and future busines s environment effectively anticipate identify and meetthe busines s needs.
