If you're ready to bring your expertise to exciting residential, commercial, and industrial projects, we want to hear from you! Please keep in mind that this position requires you to be registered with the state of Florida as an Architect and having your own seal.
Responsibilities :
- Design and develop architectural plans that inspire and meet client needs.
- Prepare detailed drawings and 3D renderings to showcase your designs.
- Collaborate with clients to refine project concepts and ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Research and integrate new materials, technologies, and design trends.
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Negotiate design modifications with clients and contractors as needed.
Requirements :
- Be a Florida Registered Architect with a Seal.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design.
- Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
