Natural Stone / Quartz Fabrication Shop NOW HIRING We are growing- come be a part of our great team!
AutoCAD Programmer :
We are seeking an experienced programmer ideally specific to Park Industries SaberjetXP, Fusion & Titan CNC machine software for duties related to Natural Stone, Quartz and Porcelain counter tops and surfaces.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 6 Months of experience and proficient knowledge of Slabsmith, Perfect Match, Alpha Cam and LT 2D3D Laser Template software.
This candidate will be responsible for programming counter tops for commercial and residential jobs. Experienced in CAD programming advantageous.
Minimum Qualifications :
- 6 months CAD Software Experience (willing to train the right candidate that possesses similar CAD knowledge).
- Alphacam 2010 or higher- intermediate knowledge or above is highly desirable for fabrication purposes.
Responsibilities :
Receive drawings from field measure tech and modify them for production needs, according to company guidelines and policies (seams, color, size, complexity and material yield)
Prepare production drawings to include details for fabrication, production, installation. .
Talk with Field Techs, Customer Service Reps, and Fabricators to fill in gaps due to incomplete work packages.
Upload and file job drawings in job folders and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring within all predetermined deadlines.
- Create CNC programs using AlphaCAM software
- Review peer drawings for quality control
- Take personal responsibility for the quality and accuracy of his / her work
- Provide leadership in department
- Manage work flow and communicate needs / issues in the department to management
- Occasional overtime
Compensation :
- Salary range : Salary will depend on experience
- Health insurance benefits offered after first 90 days
- Earned Paid Sick Leave
- Select Paid holidays
Full-time (Monday- Friday) with possible Saturdays
