At the Hilton UF, team pride is a core value. Café Attendant Summary : We are searching for an enthusiastic Cafe Attendant to join our vibrant team.

In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences within our café. You will uphold the highest standards for food quality and presentation, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities : Deliver exceptional service to all guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Meticulously prepare and present food and beverage items, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to food safety protocols.

Provide expert service related to Hilton Honors breakfast and redemption options. Handle cash transactions accurately and securely.

Work effectively under pressure and during peak periods. Uphold the values of integrity and professionalism, reflecting the Pyramid and Hilton Mission, Vision, and Values.

Qualifications Minimum one year of experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred. A passion for exceeding guest expectations and delivering exceptional service.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Proficiency in safe food handling practices.
