We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team!
Function :
The Program Manager is a support professional which leads the role of coordinating and planning of jobs, including estimating, purchasing and engineering support.
Providing communication to the customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner. This also includes managing any outsourcing services needed to accomplish any job requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Coordinating and planning of new incoming jobs, including contract review.
- Manage current production programs including review of current production plans, material planning and scheduling ensuring delivery dates are met in a timely fashion.
- Manage purchasing and any outsourcing requirements, ensuring delivery requirements are in line with production delivery requirements.
- Support estimating and engineering with all incoming and current production jobs.
- Provide communication with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction at all levels.
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
Qualifications :
- Must have high school diploma or GED.
- Must have experience in Program Management in a manufacturing environment, preferably 5+ years, with experience of direct customer contact and relationships.
- Experience in office administration, Proficient in Microsoft Office software and handling confidential files and records.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Must be skilled at multitasking / time-management
