Responsibilities :

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and questions
• Assist in administering HR programs, including compensation / benefits, talent acquisition, orientation & onboarding, training and performance management
• Maintain records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters
• Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events
• Prepare reports as needed
• Keep up to date with employment laws / regulations to ensure compliance
• Support across HR operations
• People Relations
• Manage employee relations to promote positive employer-employee relationships and enhance organizational effectiveness
• Support talent management, training, succession planning, and employee development
• Provide support to managers addressing job, salary, and benefit / payroll matters, while ensuring accurate reporting
• Manage end-to-end staffing processes, including determining staffing needs, administering job postings, conducting interviews, overseeing selection procedures, handling AAP administration, and facilitating new hire orientation and onboarding

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Skills :

Prior experience in an HR support role or internship is preferred

Education : Bachelors

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent related experience
• Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
