Lead Trader Options Market Maker $2M
A leading market maker is hiring a Lead Trader to optimize performance and improve market liquidity of their options market-making strategies.
Role Overview :
As the Lead Trader, you will play a critical role in identifying and executing profitable trading opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance trading strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Research new trading opportunities and deploy multiple profitable market-making strategies.
- Analyze existing strategies to maximize profitability through trade analysis, low latency analysis, and execution analysis.
- Collaborate with FPGA & software engineer teams to improve technical infrastructure to improve fill rates on competitive trade and enhance market execution dominance.
- Mentor new hires, and junior traders, sharing expertise in options theory and market-making strategies.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in options market making and trading.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify profitable trading opportunities.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams to enhance trading infrastructure.
- Familiarity with options exchange protocols, network architecture, and matching engine behaviour.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
