Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Executive Action Officer - LSOTA to join our team in the Washington, D.

C. This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

The Executive Action Officer for LSOTA supports the management of LSOTA functional support activities to ensure responsiveness to DHS and CBP headquarters, CBP component, portfolio, program, and project needs.

Assist in coordinating daily LSOTA executive operations.

Track the organization’s workload, tasking distribution, and task execution tempo.

Support the efficient assignment, progress and status tracking, communications flow, and completion of tasks for LSOTA leadership in response to CBP and DHS headquarters taskings.

Support consolidation of multiple supporting responses into one coherent office response as required for portfolio, project, program and / or other executive tasks.

Also gather, organize, and prioritize incoming material for review and appropriate signature.

Participate in and / or facilitate organizational strategic planning activities.

Basic Qualifications :

5 years of position-specific relevant experience.

MA / MS

Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of federal acquisition practices and acquisition management standard requirements, including those of DHS Acquisition Directive (AD) 102-01.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Project and / or SharePoint Dashboard development / management skills for presentation of metrics status.

Desired Qualifications :

Former military or federal government executive officer experience.

Clearance Requirements :

Must be a U.S. citizen.

Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS suitability.

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
